Also enlisting Oct 1916 into Inland Water Transport Corps, Royal Engineers, skill rated Very Superior, embarked for France 7 Dec 1916. Furthermore served 63rd Royal Naval division 4 May 1915 to 8 Mar 1916 (discharged 20 Apr 1916). Married status in 1920. 1st Welsh Field Battalion R E. Height 5ft 7in, 143lbs, 38in expanded chest, Grey eyes, Brown hair. Church of England. Discharged 1920 and then reenlisted 16 Apr 1921 into Territorial Force.
