GLANVILLE, Meryl - Meryl Wilbert Glanville of Seaforth passed away peacefully at Seaforth Community Hospital on Friday, November 11, 2011, in his 79th year. Beloved husband of the late Gloria (nee Clark) Glanville (June 4, 2011). Loving father of Brian “Buck“ Glanville (Donna) of Seaforth, Larry Glanville of Western Canada, Cindy Engel of Seaforth and Brad Glanville (Pearl) of Winnipeg; father-in-law of Jane Muir and Rod McNaughton, both of Seaforth. Cherished Grandpa of Tabb McCallum (Carl), Darcy Wood (Lindsay Lafontaine), Tanis Glanville, Jasen Wood (Christy Mair), Marc Glanville (Shannon), Trevor Engel, Brittany Wood (Mike McClure), Tanner Glanville, Tyson Engel, Brittany McNaughton, Emily McNaughton, Kevin Andrews and Ryan Grant. Great- Grandpa of Luke and Curtis McCallum, Cole Glanville, Dezmond Wood, Kali Wood, Jaden Wood, Lucas Glanville, Christian Mair, Justin Meyer, Dillen Grant, Nicolas Glanville, Kaelin Wood, Skylar Engel, Paisley Wood and Madison Sheeller. Dear brother of Cecil Glanville (Betty) of Exeter, Donna Newman of London and Marion Penhale (Tom) of Exeter; brother-in-law of Judy Lee (Chris) of Walton. Meryl will be missed by his nieces, nephews, friends and especially his best pal Joey. Predeceased by his son Doug Glanville, daughter Sharon McNaughton and son-in-law Monty Engel. Visitation will be held at McGLYNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME (formerly Whitney-Ribey Funeral Home) in Seaforth on Wednesday, November 16th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service to celebrate Meryl‘s life will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, November 17, 2011 at 11 am with Pastor Stephen Hildebrand officiating. Interment at Exeter Public Cemetery.
