     Percival George Nankivell Glanville was born circa May 1861 at Stoke Damerel, DEV, ENG; registered Stoke Damerel.
     He was baptized on 6 October 1861 at Duloe, CON, ENG, father George.
     He married Anne Western circa August 1897 at Stoke Damerel registered, DEV, ENG.
     He died circa February 1919 at Portsmouth registered, HAM, ENG; recorded age 55.

     Entry in The National Roll of the Great War 1914-1918 reads:
GLANVILLE, G., Petty Officer, 1st Class, R.N.
He volunteered in September 1914, and was engaged on important duties in H.M.S. "Vernon". He was not successful in obtaining his transfer to a fighting unit owing to the state of his health, and was discharged in June 1915, on account of his disability. He unfortunately died on June 9th, 1915. "His memory is cherished with pride."
