This is the last Will and Testament of me James Glanvill
of Macaw Creek, near Riverton Farmer in the provice of South Australia
made the eleventh day of August 1893 I revoke all other Wills made by me
I appoint my son Samuel Glanvill of Macaw Creek Farmer to be my
Executor and direct that my Funeral and Testamentary Expenses and all my
just debts shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my Decease.
I give unto Emily my daughter in law wife of Samuel Glanvill
part section 601 and section 639 containing 95 acres in all for her own absolute
use and benefit also my furniture and effects in and about my dwelling as
long as she remains my sons widow; if she marries again, This property
to be equally divided amongst my son Samuel's children share and share
alike. I give and bequeath to my son Samuel all stock and implements on
and about the farm and all monies due me or cash in hand or in Bank
for his own personal use and benefit. In Witness whereof I the said
James Glanvill have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand
the 15th day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred
and ninety three. James his mark Glanville Signed by the said

died at Macaw Creek aforesaid on the twenty second day of September
1894
and dated at the commencement thereof and purporting to have been made
on the eleventh day of August 1893 and dated at the end thereof the
15th day of August 1893 but in fact executed on the 15th day of
August 1893 was proved in the Supreme Court of South Australia
on the seventh day of December 1894 by Samuel Glanville of
Macaw Creek aforesaid farmer a son of the said deceased the sole Executor therein named
Dated this 7th day of December 1894.
