In the Name of God Amen
I John Glanvill of the parish of Bethnall Green
Middleses being perfect and sound in mind & memory
do make this my last will Testament ffirst I
bequeath my Soul unto God that gave it trusting
in his mercy and the merits of my dear Redeemer
for the Remifsion of all my Sins Secondly I Give
unto Martha my loving and lawful wife all
my Goods and Chattles and cash that I may die
pofsefsed of and I do hereby Nominate and appoint
the said Martha my lawful wife to be sole
Executrix to this my last Will e Testament requesting
her to pay all my just debts e ffuneral charges soon
as convenient after my decease I do hereby set aside
all former Wills by me made declaring this and no
other to be my last Will and Testament witnefs my
hand and seal this Ninth day of November One
thousand seven hundred and seventy four - J Glanvill

This will was proved at London the
sixteenth day of ffebruary in the year of our Lord
One thousand seven hundred and ninety one before
the Worshipful Thomas Bover Doctor of Laws and
Surrogate of the Right honourable Sir William Coyenne
Knight also Doctor of Laws Master keeper of Commifsary
of the prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfull constituted
by the oath of Martha Glanvill widow the Relict of
the deceased and the Sole Executrix named in the
said Will to whom Adminstration was granted of all
and singular the Goods Chattles and Credits of the
said deceased having been first sworn duly to
administer
