I Elizabeth Glanville now of Great Marlow
in Buckinghamshire but heretofore of Catchfrench in the County of Cornwall
widow of the later ffrancis Glanville Esqr of the aforesaid County of Cornwall
do declare this to be my last Will and Testament I give @ bequeath to my
three daughters Elizabeth Mary Glanville Cordelia ffanshawe Glanville and
Catherine ffanshawe Glanville in equal proportions all my revisionary inter
est under the wills of my late ffather Robert ffanshawe Esqr and my late
Mother Christiana ffanshawe and I also bequeath to my three aforesaid
daughters all my books and also all the articles of furniture which belong to
me of which I have given a list in my handwriting to my said three
daughters likewise all my china and alabaster ornaments and such *** as
at my decease may not have been otherwise disposed of by me.

testament contained in this one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this
nineteenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hun-

Appeared Personally Ellen Stansfield of
Alfred House Great Marlow in the County of Bucks and made oath that
she is one of the attesting witnefses to the last Will and Testament of
Elizabeth Glanville formerely of Catchfrench in the County of Cornwall but
late of Great Marlow inthe County of Buckingham Widow deceased ***
date the nineteenth day of September one thousand eight hundred and
forty six and now hereunto annexed And *** further made oath that on
the nineteenth day of September one thousand eight hundred and forty six
aforesaid the said Testatrix fuly exec* said Will by signing her name
at the foot or end thereof in the presence of Edward Darell after attesting
witnefs thereto who were then *** present at the same time with the
said Testatrix and this *ponent and the said Edward Darell thereupon attested
and subscribed the said Will in the presence of the said Testatrix and of each
other Ellen Stansfield On the thirty first day of January one thous
and eight hundred and forty six the said *** Stansfield was duly swon
to the trush of ths Affidavit by virtue of the Commifsion hereunto annexed
before me Thos Tracy Coxwell Commifsioner

Ellen Stansfield of Alfred house aforesaid household servant and Edward
Fanshawe Glanvill Rector of Wheatfield in the County of Oxford All*irst
the said Cordelia ffanshaw Glanville for herslef made Oath that Elizabeth
Glanville formerly of Catchfrench on the County of Cornwall but late of
Great Marlow in the County of NBuckingham widow deceased was possessed
of certain articles of furniture of her own and that the said deceased on or about
the nineteenth day of September one thousande eight hundred and forty six
(as yearly as this deponent can recollect gave to this deponent and her sisters
Eliabeth Mary and Catherine ffanshawe Glanville a List of the furniture
and other articles that as she supposed belonged to her the said deceased being
the paper writing hereunto annexed marked 23 beginning thus "a Lost of
the articles of china furniture @ belonging to me Elizabeth Glanville" and
ending thus "all tthe books which belong specially to me Three table covers" and
this deponent having now perused the last Will of the said deceased bering
date the nineteenth day of September one thousand eight hundred and forty six
now hereunto annexed marked "A" and observed the following change therein
"and I also bequeath to my three aforesaid daughters all by books and also
all the article of furniture which belong to me of which I have given a a list
in my handwriting to my said three daughters" this deponent said that she
verify believed that the said deceased by the said List mentioned in the said
clause in her said Will mean I and referred to the said paper writing now
hereunto ananexed marked B so as aforesaid delivered to this deponent and
her said sisters previous to the date of the said Will by the said deceased that
the said List marked 23 is in the same pliacht? and condition as when the
said deceased so delivered the same to this deponent and her said sisters as
aforesaid and that the said deceased did not at any other time deliver
any other list of furniture belonging to her to them and the said Ellen
Stansfied and Edward ffanshaw Glanville for the* made Oath that
*** *** and were well acquainted with the said Elizabeth Glanville
widow deceased and also with her manner and character of handwriting and
subscription having often seen her write and subscribe her name and having
now viewed and perused the said paper writing herein to annexed marked in
B beginning and ending aforesaid these deponents say they so verily and
in their consciences believe the hole body series and contents of the said paper
writing marked 23 and subcription at the beginning thereof to be all of the
proper handwriting and subscription of the said Elizabeth Glanville widow
deceased. Cordelia Fanshawe Glanville Ellen Stansfield Edward Fanshawe Glanville on the thirtuy first day of Janu
ary 1848 the said Cordelia ffanshawe Glanville Ellen Stansfield and Edward
ffanshawe Glanville were duly sworn to the truth of ths Affidavie by virtue
of the Commifsion hereunto annexed Before me Thos Tracy Coxwell Commifsioner

On the 12th ffeby 1848 Admon with the Will at contained in paper writings
mared And Bannered of the goods chattels and credits of Elizabeth Glanville
late of Great Marlow in the County of Buckingham widow deceased was
granted to Elizabeth Mary Glanville Spinster one of the natural and lawful
children of the said deceased having been first sworn by *** duly to admin
ister the executor or residuary legatee
