His service included 23rd Lancers 25 Sep 1805 to 31 Oct 1817, 10th Royal Hussars 1 Nov 1817 to 26 May 1828 and Waterloo 29th included.
Enlistment in the 23rd Regiment of Lancers 27 Oct 1805 when aged 19.
