"The Court declare that No E.S./2598 Ptr F Granville Depot East Surrey Regt has been absent without leave from his Commanding Officer since the 31st May 1889 and that he is still so absent - a period exceeding twenty one days, and that he is deficient of the Articles of Kit enumerated by the witness.
