12 Nov 1832 p3. Rev Mr Glanville, minister of the Baptist Congregation at Wantage was opposed in Berkshire Elections by a Mr Chitty.
He was appointed to the situation by the church, holding it the last five or six years, and he received rents from
lands at Inkpen appropriated for the Baptist church at Wantage. Claim admitted.
11 Nov 1835 p4. Mr Thomas William Glanville, house surgeon at Middlesex Hospital made a deposition in a trial.

3 Nov 1875 p11. Surrey Sessions of 2 Nov. Ellen Rye, 24 and Sarah Burnwell 42 were found guilty and sentenced for stealing a watch and chain from a William Glanville who lived in Hackney.
He had gone into a public house in the Borough, near London Bridge on his way home, got into conversation with the two, resulting in his going home with them, having some beer, and becoming stupefied. He awoke in time to prevent them stealing his money too, and they were apprehended..
The prisoners were found to have previous convictions.
17 Jul 1879 p4. Mr Glanvill was named as chief officer, second in command of the His Majesty's ship Arethusa at the South Eastern Circuit Assizes, in a trial over two boys accussed of conspiring together to set fire to the vessel.
Arethusa was a ship for the reception of poor boys intended to be trained for the Navy.

It is probable she resided at The Rocks, Bedfont, Middx.
