I have plotted the birth locations of some of my Ancestors. All my known ancestors were born in England or Wales.

My ancestors are included if I have both a reasonably accurate date AND a location - hence those with a known marriage but no baptism and those with only a county name for birth are excluded.

Where multiple ancestors were born in the same place, the date of the earliest born there determines the colour on the plot.

Regardless of the date at the foot of this page, the data in the following map is from my research up to and including the 18 Sep 2025.

Also, for a selected number of ancestors I have a by-county count of the birthplaces of their UK-born Descendants.
This omits all the overseas descendants born in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand etc, but does include all the known descendants to the present day.
