Pursuant to the Act of Parliament of the 22nd and 23rd Vic., c. 35, intituled " An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees."
NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands upon or against ttie estate of Miss Caroline Elizabeth Creed Glanvill, late of 44, Wiltshire-road, Angel Town, Brixton, in the county of Surrey, deceased (who died on the 25th day of July, 1878, and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 21st day of September, 1878, by John Toner and Daniel Holloway, two of the surviving executors therein named), are hereby required to send, in writing, the particulars of their claims or demands to the said executors, at the office of the undersigned, the Solicitor for the said executors, on or before the 11th day of November, 1878.
