Pursuant to the Act of Parliament of the 22nd and 23rd Vic., c. 35, intituled " An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees."
NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands upon or against ttie estate of Miss Caroline Elizabeth Creed Glanvill, late of 44, Wiltshire-road, Angel Town, Brixton, in the county of Surrey, deceased (who died on the 25th day of July, 1878, and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 21st day of September, 1878, by John Toner and Daniel Holloway, two of the surviving executors therein named), are hereby required to send, in writing, the particulars of their claims or demands to the said executors, at the office of the undersigned, the Solicitor for the said executors, on or before the 11th day of November, 1878. unto my daughter Elizabeth Easy wife of William Easy of the parish of

sum of one hundred pounds of like lawful money upon

gentleman and made oath that he is the writer or drawer of
the will hereunto annexed beginning thus - In the name of
God Amen I Benjamin Glanvill of the parish of Christ Church
in the County of Middlesex victualler being sick and weak
in body but of sound mind memory and understanding do make
and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form
following to wit - and ending thus - As witnefs my hand and seal
this twenty ffourth day of December 1748 - and subscribed thus -
Ben Glanvill - and that he received instructions for drawing of
the same from the deceased's own mouth and pursuant to such
instructions he did on the twenty ffourth day of December 1748
the day of the date of the said will draw up the same in the
said deceased's presence and afterwards read the same to the
deceased and asked him if he approved of the same that the
deceased objected to the words contained in the ffoureenth
line counting from the top or beginning of the said will and

ffirst of all I give and devise all that my ffreehold tenement
hereditament which I hold in free simple stituate lying and
being in Maldon in the County of Efsex with the rents ifsues
and profits of all and singular the said premifses unto my
beloved wife Mary Glanvill to have and to hold the said
premifses from and immediately after my decease for and during
and unto the full end and term of ninety nine years from
thence next ensuring and to be at her disposal as
she shall think proper Also I give and bequeath unto my
beloved wife Mary Glanvill the rest and remainder of the
term of years yet to come of my dwelling house situate of
the parish of Christ Church aforesaid for and during the
natural life and at her decease I bequeath the said
premifses unto my daughter Elizabeth Pape Also I give and
bequeath unto my dearly beloved wife all and singular the
rest and remainder of my goods chattels and effects for and
during her natural life and at her decease (after paying all
her just debts) if there shall be any thing left to be equally
divided between my two daughters Mary Spires and
Elizabeth Pope in consideration that they pay or cause to be
paid unto my son Thomas Glanvill the sum of ten pounds
